We are not an emergency service and due to the nature of our business, mobile emergency provision is unlikely to provide the best possible care for your pet. Should your pet present collapsed, struggling to breathe, or bleeding profusely, please take them straight to the nearest Veterinary Clinic.

Following triage we can direct you to one of our partner practices in order to provide your pet with the highest standard of care. We recommend that all clients familiarise themselves with their nearest day clinic and 24-hour veterinary hospital in case of emergency.

​However, if an urgent  situation occurs while we’re closed, rest assured that your pets’ needs are still  covered through our partnership with Vets Now who provide our out-of-hours and  emergency service. You can reach them on 01733 601514.
