We aim to be as transparent as possible. Our brochure below shows a breakdown of most of our services. However, as with all medical and surgical procedures, it would be impossible to list every single test/option. If there is a specific treatment you require please get in touch at info@the-vetvan.co.uk and we will respond with an estimate. All treatment plans will be discussed with you in full and you will receive a full price breakdown prior to embarking with any treatment. Home Visits: How do they work?

Our home visits are grouped into zones according to distance and time away from our hub, near Stamford, Lincolnshire. A home visit fee is applied to all consultations and vaccinations (excluding euthanasias within 30 mins of our base) to cover the cost of travel and time to and from the site. When you make an appointment request we will ask you your availability. We try to honour your request when scheduling the route for the day but do appreciate any flexibility you may have. Appointment times are confirmed in advance and will take place at your home. Please allow 15 minutes either side of the scheduled time for our arrival.

Visits in Helpston will not incur a call out fee.

Home Visit Travel Prices:

Zone 1 (up to 20 mins drive) : £20

Zone 2 (20-30 mins): £35

Zone 3 (30-40 mins): £50
