How long we keep information

We will only retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, or reporting requirements. Clinical data in general, is stored for seven years from the date we stop providing our Service to you, in line with requirements set out within the Veterinary Medicines Regulations unless:

  • we are required by law, regulation or other requirements to retain such data for shorter or longer; and/or

  • we need to exercise, defend or pursue legal claims.
